Our favourite: We have been awestruck by the beauty of an unforgettable sight in Mallorca: the city of Andratx. It is located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, a mountain range that combines cliffs, hiking trails and rugged coves, and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 2011. There are beautiful coves as far as the eye can see, the national park of Sa Dragonera within just 5 nautical miles, and Can Pastilla, El Arenal and the beach of Es Trenc just a stone’s throw from there. And perhaps the best argument to convince you to hire a boat in the Balearic Islands: Rafael Nadal was born in Manacor, Mallorca!
How to go there: by plane (airports in Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, Mahon, Menorca) or by boat (hire a boat or use the local ferry).
