Last week in Concarneau, the new trimaran SVR Lazartigue was out of the sheds of MerConcept! The founder, François Gabart, will be manoeuvring it in search of new nautical heights. Our sponsor gave us an interview a few days before the big launch. We talked about this unique albatross, its upcoming races. Topics also included the balance that can be found offshore and Gabart’s favourite places to sail.

You won’t want to miss this new interview dedicated to the Click&Boat community. It was filmed a few months after the webinar organised last December with journalist Rémi Pelletier.

Get on board and see the interview by clicking on the video below. Enjoy our video!

The next big goal of our sponsor François Gabart is the Transat Jacques-Vabre. It will start on 7 November 2021 at 13:15 from Le Havre and finish in the bay of Fort-de-France in Martinique. Winner of the “Coffee Route” in 2015 with Pascal Bidégorry, Gabart will try to win the event for the second time. This time he will be accompanied by “talented figarist” Tom Laperche, according to the current record holder of the solo round the world race.

Discover the advice of the famous sailor for your next cruise in the video. The call of the sea becomes irresistible. It’s the perfect time to weigh an anchor!
